I thank Said for all his help, his strong communication, for arranging me transfers to the clinic and back, and letting me know what's going on.. I am looking forward to seeing you again in April and hoping that you are my coordinator again. I stayed at the Villa. When I first came here in September(2024) and I felt welcomed, loved, cared. So my second time I chose the Villa again to see my old pal Hasan and the best cook Sherry. I have had the best 9 days with them laughing, watching film and all sorts… and now they are family to me. And I hope to see you all again in April. You guys deserve the best
I wanted to thank Esra first and foremost my host "who was simply amazing" and all Mono Clinic staff members involved for an exceptional experience while there!! From my early interaction with Ceren with setting up my surgery appointment, my arrival there, stay at Mono Clinic Hotel and it's staff members there, surgery performed by the doctor, care at the hospital by hospital staff, after care by my nurse at the Mono Hotel "who was truly fantastic", until my departure everything went really well. Esra guidance and support through all those stages was above and beyond expectation.
