An amazing and pain-free experience from start to finish! Had my hair transplant done last November during a four-day stay in Istanbul, and it went great! After my consultation and confirming my offer, they took care of all of my transport and accomodations (Hotel reviewed separately, and the only additional expense were my flights), and I was guided and cared for the entire process: From health tests, to discussing what I wanted with Dr. Balwi, to the eight-and-a-half hour long procedure. The clinic is clean and modern, and is practically a hospital in scope. The staff are all kind and professional, and I was even provided a translator given I don't speak Turkish. I opted for the Sleep Deep Anaesthetic and Free hair wash as well, and I highly recommend both. Even though my recovery is still in it's early stages, it's looking promising, and I'm maintaining my scalp health with the instructions and after-care kit I received after my procedure. Lastly, I'm keeping tabs of my progress with the Elithair app, and I'm also in regular contact with a Quality Manager who'll check up on me once a month, or whenever I have questions. I'm happy that I made the right choice choosing this Clinic!

After the initial phone call where we set the details it was pure chaos. I received two invoices with two different numbers. As I would arrive by car I had to do a deposit. This was finally accepted, however there was no chance to cancel the second contract. I tried by mail and WhatsApp. Few promises were made and none kept. How could I trust my head to a company organized so badly? I hope there is chance I will get my deposit back.
