I had a frontal area procedure (+ about 100 implants on the chin to fill up my beard) at Clinicana 4 days ago, and my overall experience was very positive. Clinicana runs a tight operation, and their professionalism is obvious. Pros: - Professionalism: The team at Clinicana is skilled and efficient. The overall procedure was handled with obvious expertise. - Pre-Op and Post-Op Information: Ecem, my public relations manager, provided extensive information before and after the procedure. Areas for Improvement: - Patient Information and Consent: Communication could be clearer about procedure details - Patient-Doctor Relationship: More involvement in decision-making process needed - Pain Management: Lidocaine injections could be administered more slowly - Staff Warmth and Communication: More warmth and friendliness would improve experience Despite these areas for improvement, I am happy with the overall experience and confident in the results.

This clinic is very experienced and efficient. They know what they are doing and will make the procedure go smoothly. They even formulated their own lotion, serum and supplements to boost your hair recovery and growth. The coordinator and English translator Ms. Ecem is very helpful and ensured a smooth consultation, booking, operation and transportation to and from the hotel and airport. She even worked late hours to make sure I had a ride back to the airport.
